Questions
How are mentors matched with mentees?
We pair you with a mentor based on your career goals, interests and learning style. You fill out a short questionnaire and we handle the rest.
How often do I meet with my mentor?
Expect one 60-minute one-to-one session per week, plus group office hours every other week.
Who are the mentors?
Our mentors are working cybersecurity professionals: security analysts, penetration testers, consultants and security leaders who give their time to bring the next defenders through.
Can I switch mentors?
Yes. If the fit isn't right we'll reassign you within two weeks, no questions asked.
Is there a cost?
No. The mentorship programme is completely free for accepted participants.
What happens after the 6 months?
You join our alumni network, with ongoing access to community events, job opportunities and optional continued mentorship. Many alumni go on to mentor the next cohort.
